01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between aaaph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("Player," "you," or "your") who accesses or uses the aaaph Casino platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at aaaph.app.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager on the aaaph platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, including any amendments that may be made from time to time. If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.

02 Eligibility

To register and use the aaaph Casino platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law for casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by aaaph or PAGCOR.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of aaaph or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

aaaph reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the aaaph platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. aaaph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aaaph account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. aaaph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify aaaph support immediately.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

aaaph is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

aaaph Casino supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). aaaph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on aaaph is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. aaaph reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. aaaph aims to process approved withdrawals promptly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks. aaaph reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

4.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. aaaph reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, as notified to the player prior to any deduction.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

aaaph Casino offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and identity verification.
• Each bonus offer is subject to a wagering requirement, which must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a defined validity period. Any bonus not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• aaaph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.
• Where aaaph has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or exploitation of promotional terms — aaaph reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the aaaph Casino platform — including live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, online slots, bingo, Super Keno, Fruit Shop, and all other titles — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the rules of a specific game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics.

All games on aaaph use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure that outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by any external factor. aaaph does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the published house edge applicable to each game.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, aaaph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. aaaph's decision in such matters is final.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aaaph platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the aaaph platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with aaaph games or systems.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the aaaph platform.
• Using the aaaph platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of the aaaph platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing aaaph staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to access or use your aaaph account.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the aaaph Casino platform — including but not limited to the aaaph brand name, logo, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of aaaph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the aaaph platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the aaaph platform without the prior written consent of aaaph.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, aaaph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the aaaph platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

aaaph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. aaaph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude aaaph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

aaaph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the aaaph platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

aaaph implements industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption and two-factor authentication to protect your personal and financial data. Player data is never sold to third parties and is only shared with regulatory authorities where required by law.

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Account Suspension & Termination

aaaph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• The player's own request for self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, aaaph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Where an account is closed for any other reason, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13 Amendments to These Terms

aaaph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, aaaph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the aaaph platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting aaaph support.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, players are encouraged to contact aaaph support to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. aaaph will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints promptly and fairly.

aaaph operates under PAGCOR regulatory oversight. Players who are unsatisfied with aaaph's resolution of a complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
